Blocked account for a month without any help
Its been a month not getting any help with my blocked account, they said i must go and do affidavit and email it to them but ever since i did that i cant get hold of them and i do not get any respond from them, please open my bank account or i should just move to another Bank and tell people about the treatment i got from Tym Bank.

17 Oct 2023, 08:25I was never given a case number, all i was told was that i should go and do affidavit which i did but after emailing it to the ***** department no one rep**** me.
