Blocked account for 2 months

It’s been 2 months guys, 2months of my account being placed on hold. Tymebank decided to go on an “account blocking spree” and unfortunately I am one of the people who keep calling the call centre and being told someone will call me within 8hrs and nobody calls me. My salary has bounced back and I now have to admin of trying to send it to an alternative account. This bank is still in its experimental phase and unfortunately they experiment with people salaries and monies.
