Blocked account

My Tymebank Account is being blocked .my account number is ***. I don't even know what happened I just saw that I'm being blocked I can't have access to my hare earned money this is too much for me because I trusted Tymebank with all my heart but now I have money I can't use my money what kind of bank is this one this is so disappointing to use Tymebank customers ..people will be scared to use this kind of Bank Account because some are being blocked without a single notice this is so bad I don't want to lie ... I wish you can assist me as soon as possible...Thank You
