Blocked account

Tymebank blocked my account because of I received large amount from my Wife and I called the ***** department and the asked for proof of payment and I sent it through and they told me to wait for 4 hours since then nothing has been done,tymebank is a disgrace the way i was embarrassed at a pay point becasue of the card was declining but when I check on the app I cab see the money but I can't use it and I want my money tymebank if you can't resolve the matter send the money back where it came from because the reference is there and I had to borrow money to pay for the food I was buying I was so ****ed because of this so fix this I want my money
