Blocked account and no help from Tymebank

Utterly dissapointed in Tymebank. My account was blocked. Then l got informed l had to re-fica. Went to the kiosk as per their sms communication only to be told the contact the contact centre. Useless department as l was send from pillar to post. Opted to send an email. My account is still blocked. Please unblock my account with the funds that were in the account immediately.
