I just find out that my account is blocked so I'm not understanding what happened ,I tried to call them they don't respond and I send email they are not responding please help me reach them to solve this issue as soon as possible because tymebank I use it for my personal things

28 Mar 2025, 08:43Tymebank service is poor!I tried to call them yesterday for 8 times they didn't pick up ,today I call them they are still not picking up it is still in the morning so all their workers are in calls with other customers or their service is bad i don't know ,even email they don't respond

28 Mar 2025, 15:01I think tymebank have issue with call agents because people are complaining that they don't answer phone you can spend lots of airtime trying to call them and they say "Hold"you will hold until the airtime is finished .They send an email to me that my account is unblocked but when I check it it is blocked so I don't know what's happening in their system
