Blocked account

My account has been blocked for over a month now, due to ***** investigations, I was told it will only be blocked for 2 weeks till to date. Everytime I call they just keep me on the line till I decide to hang, I once stayed on the line for over 15 minutes to no assistance. I don't know why I trusted a bank with no physical address in the first place.
