Blocked account

My name is Calfonia Mbhumbhi, the account holder at Tymebank, my account was blocked onthe 31st of March 2025 due to a R900 transaction that the bank said they suspected as a *****ulent transaction, this transaction was my withdrawal from the platform that I invested in, the bank asked me to submit the affidavit , proof of payment and withdrawal, After submitting all the documents they required from me, the promised to come back with the feedback but till todate there is nothing, this account I used to do my business with, as it stands I'm suffering and stuck without paying my bills and to buy food for my family and to pay school fees, I am asking for help, so that I can get my life back on track. That's all I wish to state at the moment
