BLOCKED ACCOUNT

My account was blocked on the 19th of August. I spoke to one of the agents from the ***** department who told me to submit an affidavit. I emailed all the documents as requested and its been a week since I've received any communication from them. My account is still blocked and I don't know what to do anymore because I have tried texting them on whatsapp and facebook.
