Blocked account

My account was blocked last week i was told that i received a money reported money and they decided to blocked my account not the person i received from i was given an email to send a affidavit as requested but i don't if i entered the wrong one or what cause it keeps on saying delivery incomplete ...if there's someone who can help please share the info
