Blocked Account
My account was suddenly blocked on ***** suspicion and now I cannot access internet banking and when one calls the ***** department, the call goes on the answering machine until you run out of airtime. Banking Incompetence at its best!!!

18 Aug 2021, 13:52Can you please urgently attend to my query. The only calls I got was that I'll be getting a call. When I call the line is unanswered for 10 minutes. I can't even buy airtime without spending petrol to the garage let alone perform my personal transactions without having to withdraw and deposit to my other bank account.
