Blocked account

Yoh tymbank has rendered me bad service so far my account got blocked and got the necessary document to unlock it since I uploaded it 31 July I still haven't got any feedback about it when I call will be holding for an hour till am out of airtime when they call back its weekend eish Am not happy at all I wonder what's holding my account not to be unblocked since they not saying anything
