Blocked account

Tymebank blocked my account just because someone did a payment to me and it was not immediate payment they said I must send affidavits which a did many times but all of the sudden they can’t find it since then they haven’t said anything regarding my account when I call them their consultants are very rude I want my money from Tymebank
