Blocked account

I am not ok 😭 the @ Tyme bank they blocked my account and my money is stuck in that account, When I called the customer service, I was told they suspected that there's a *****, it been six months now, I didn't get help, It bad cause there's no physical branch, where can I go and inquire, can I get help and get my money
