My account is blocked and I don't know why tonight the Sunday 13 August 2023 my account automatically just got blocked my passcode doesn't work I kept entering the correct passcode but it didn't work and I don't know why if it was hacked how do I block it if it was please unblock my account tymebank

Im starting to think that tymebank is a very bad bank to do banking or to save money in there
