Beware Tyme bank, They could have you for life even when you want to close your account

On the 21st June I posted a second request to close my account and posted a complaint on this website. When I called the first time to close my account I was told by the agent to remove all the funds. I then received an sms that I had done so When I called the second time, I was told that my account was in arrears for 30c (the cost of the sms) and the account could not be closed. So I transferred R1 into the account as instructed by the agent. It is now the third time that I am trying to close my account and am told that the original request was closed. All I want to do is close the account before I am another few cents in arrears.
