I was having a problem with accessing internet banking and the app... And I could not call but lucky enough I was at pick & pay at Pretoria in the CBD I went in and got a wonderful Lady called Tshegofatso a Tymebank embossoder she took time and helped me reset and create a new password and explained everything with petients and care you could see that she loves her job and well dedicated... And I'm happy with the service I get from Tymebank and I wish they could continue this way... Keep it up
