Before you switch, reconsider that you will never get a problem resolved.

I wish I didn't have to do this, but this must be said.

The concept and idea of TymeBank is exceptional, but the service and execution of resolving problems is dismal and pathetic. Basically non existent.

I can not add more money to my goal save account, even though I have not nearly exceeded my saving limit of a 100k.

I have now been calling the bank, getting reference tickets for an entire week. Each consultant promises to get the problem resolved and that they would call me back. The first consultant went as far to create a service ticket and then just resolve it without resolving the problem. I have spoken to 3 consultants in total, 7 days has passed, and still the problem has not been resolved.

I am seriously considering closing all my goal saves and just withdrawing and moving my money elsewhere.
