Banking Ombudsman is non-responsive to reported TymeBank *****!!!!!!!

Tymebank still has not refunded me my money, R1050 gone and vanished from my account with this ***** of a bank. Have you started paying off the Banking Ombudsman as they are not moving forward with on my case? where will I get justice if the oversight body is working with this ***** of a bank???????
