Banking App

Im really upset with Go Bank. I was using their old app now it is not working then I'm advised downloading their latest app. I'm informed that the new app is not compatible for my phone as i wanted to transfer money from their app to my other bank account. I was advised by a lady by the name of Zodwa in the call centre to buy another phone or use another person's phone and believing that I cannot use a bank app on another person's phone as this is sensitive.
