Banking

I have a problem with Tymebank, I send money fom Tymabank to another Tymebank client the first transaction went through the second transaction did not but the 300 was taken from my account, I called Tymebank call centre they said they will reverse the money back to my account on the 17th December but up to now money is reversed, I reeceived the sms saying request has been resolved but the money is reversed, Again I called this morning I was holding they said they making transaction now but nothing has been done yet.
