bank without help

Hi I struggle for 3 weeks now that my tymebank account is unfreeze of a reverse eft of R650 and tymebank took almost R1500 and everytime i talk to connsultant they take the money thats in the account and there is no manager or supervisor everytime unavailable and they wil phone back and never do worst bank by far
