Bank with Tymebank AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! 0 STARS

What a terrible bank this is. I've been placed on a debit hold for clothes to 3 weeks now and nobody is calling me back nobody is trying to communicate with me I sent them the affidavit like they are me too I sent it in about 7 days ago and they said that it would be resolved in 5 days it hasn't been resolved I need this money, my account is still active, I have money for my children in there and I can't even access it. The service is so poor and the call centre agents don't have the decency to return a call after I've spent all my airtime on hold only to be placed on hold again. I'm unemployed and the little money I receive from odd jobs is stuck in the account. I can't pay my rent, I can't feed myself and having to use cash is an inconvenience. I urgently need assistance with this matter. It's hard enough being a single mother with limited opportunities...Tymebank is making things even worse for me because of this Debit Hold. It's Friday, I've been given leniency by my landlord but we're approaching week 2 without any money. I'm upset and disappointed. 0 stars!!!
