*********** Bank …..Tyme Bank

Earlier today I used my Tyme bank account to sent cash sent unfortunately I missed 1 digit I called the bank to assist me to at least solve the matter for me and the *** bank tells me that they can’t do anything about it they couldn’t offer any help to at least call the person who I accidentally sent cash to the consultant are so mean and I run out of airtime most cases and they didn’t bother calling me back what a disappointment and the bank is *********** when coming to customer service now my child is at the middle of now where I was trying to send him cash to collect to Pick ‘n Pay so he can take a taxi to home …….if any one is thinking of opening a Tyme bank account don’t even think about it you won’t get help …..I use Standard Bank, absa, discovery and African bank all of this bank are the best so tyme bank is the worse thing that has happened to me in my whole existence what an extreme incompet bank , I will even make a TikTok story to tell South Africa about my experience they don’t wanna fall in a bank where if they in trouble, the bank can’t even come with plan B 😡 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
