Bank that doesn’t take ***** seriously

My mom had such a bad experience She had *****ulent activity happen to her account She called more then 3 times with no assistance

1st lady Nohana, she hang up before we could ask for assistance 2nd lady she went through to Nobuhle and she can couldn’t answer our questions even after a 5 min of giving security questions 3rd guy Hanya he told me straight that ***** department will be available after 8pm How are people supposed to wait that long till they get assistance ,as money is taken out of their account. And they can only be assured after 8pm

Not happy at all , would not recommend
