Bank statement Tyme wasting
Dear Gotyme bank.. Can you please tell me why I need to wait 24hrs for my current statement of the transactions I made today. Also, why do I need to call or chat to a person on new app or WhatsApp to get my current statement too? It is such an inconvenience and a huge disadvantage that Tyme is wasted on such a simple request no other bank I've dealt with has a problem with. There is no way I can't get my current statement of may?
