Bank stamp

I hv been a customer for more than 10 years but they are failing me dismally just need a stamp for my provident funds form it's been 3 weeks since I have been waiting for that form I have sent more than 10 e-mail called nd contact them via app but still today I didn't get help nd they know that they are digital banking how are we supposed to get the bank stamp from them if they can't even help with that now I can't claim my provident fund because of these bank💔💔😔
