bank ****** me my money

last year around may or june as I was sleeping right around 1am my phone beeped a message when I checked my last money someone bought airtime with all of my R650 the last money I was going to use when going to work I tried calling them same time nothing seemed to help till today I will not recommend any one to use that bank its a **** that issue never got resolved I never got my money back I blocked it I don't want anything to do with it let alone let anyone use it am still heart broken till today
