In 2020 I lost a son through a car accident I then requested a statement from Tymebank because he banked with them but they refused point blank and I never got it. Now, again in October 2023 I lost another same results. They keep saying when I call them that there is a 7 day turn-around time but I just never get these statements. This bank is a ****
