**** bank ever

Well I have been experiencing a problem of not being able to access my credit account information on the tym bank app. Then I decided to call tym bank consults to bring this matter to their attention. I was then refered to Rcs department where I was refered back to tym bank consultants claiming that they are the only one who can maneuver the app.

I Ddnt get any assistance from tym bank constants as they even went far to claim that the account has been closed of which this is not true.

Well I'm still facing the same unresolved problem and it has been 3 full weeks now. As they have claimed that this is caused by bug that they don't know when will ot be fixed

I'm frustrated 🥴 because I clearly don't know even the account balance
