I'm very disappointed and unhappy with this bank. My account has been under review since 2022 and I can't use my account or access my money. . It's been years trying to get attention and thier help.yooh this bank is a ****. They are always ready to block active accounts for no reason with our hard earned monies inside. It's really stressful. Unprofessional and tiring its years of endless emails and unsuccessful attempts

Guys I repeat stay away from tymbank. These Tuckshop banks are ****. So they called me today the first lady was nice and willing to assist. But the guy he transferred me to.very rudem didn't even want to listen to me. He is harsh too. This bank will close your account with ****** inside.i repeat this is a **** bank. ***** bank. Worse bank stay away. Remove your moneies guys. Go to other actual banks not ****a shop backroom banks. I'm angry disappointed and frustrated . Go tymbank must be closed. They like suspending active or busy accounts and especially with huge amounts. They will never unblock it. Bcz they are useless and ****mers. It's 3 yrs now. I hate this bank
