Bad , useless ************* bank

On the 6th of June an amount of R15200 wth some cent was sent into my TymeBank account it never reflected on my account I do have a proof that it was ineeded sent to my account on the 11th June 2023 a guy named by Sive from exact store called the call center agents in jhb he was told that they can see the money it will reflect the following day and I was also given a case number since then I have been calling them withe no luck and still no money Iam really tired of running after them . I just want them to pay my money so I can move to better banks
