Bad stinking service

We send documents to ***** department however those documents were not even checked and i called 3 times in different days without getting assisted and even the airtime gets finished without any help this is really ridiculous as i have sent my documents on Thursday already and i have not gotten any response. The service is very poor yet our accounts are being frozen for no particular reason
