Bad show Go tyme

My account was debited on 26th April with 388.70 by Adobe by Microsoft despite me canceling my free trial same day. I queried it straight away and agreed to the terms and conditions of the query namely being charged R100 for the cancelation of future debuts etc. Despite email n chats not 1 word from Tyme bank about my query. Really disappointed in not receiving any feedback, perhaps support from Tyme had better things to do.
