Bad services and *****ary

I made an online purchase on the 1st october 2020 and the amount was debited from my Tymebank account but never recieved my airtime what was purchached. I queried the transaction and the Tymebank confirmation that the funds went out of my account to Tymebank. By the 2/09/2020 no one from Tymebank responded so I lodged the same query and was given the a different after they said my other case was resolved what was not resolved. On the 3/10/2020 I called the customer care number **********and was politely informed that someone will come back to by the latest 3/10/2020. Guess what no one contacted me at all and it keeps costing me calling them the whole time for a mistake there system is doing. If not corrected by 5/10/2020. I'm going to open a case against time bank for theft and lay a complaint against them at the national banking institution of South Africa.
