Bad Service TymeBank Call Centre

Pathetic Service Please Tyme Bank, train your call center agents. I had to phone 3 times just to get a bank statement with my address on. One dropped the phone, other one just ignore my questions and put me through to the Survey and the third one at least gave my an answer how to resolve the issue. TymeBank will fail if you continue with this, and people will loose trust and withdraw their deposits.
