Bad service-Tyme bank

Tyme bank has the worst service ever. I lost my card and someone used it by tapping a few times. I blocked my phone immediately and called Tyme bank and they said they would investigate. Now what bothers me is the threshold that Tyme has with the card tapping service of R500 per tap that is compulsory, meaning there's no daily limits and you can tap as many times you want as long as its less than R500. They sent me and sms saying my claim is Declined. I called the call center to enquire why they declined as no one bothered calling me, she was so rude over the phone with a very bad attitude, i asked for a reference number for the call and she dropped the phone on me. I'm never using Tyme bank again and wouldn't advise anyone to use it!
