Bad service from tymebank and pnp strubenvale

If there was a thing as zero stars I would give it. I withdrew money at PNP and it decline twice, I come back and the money has been taken off my account. I proceed to contact tymebank 4 time before they finally decide to answer. I then get told that the money will reflect in my account tomorrow at 11 o clock, where at pnp I get told it will take 2 working days, so one can understand why i am upset, it a weekend so it will be back on wednesday. Having to call 4 times and getting almost no help but getting told I must wait till tomorrow at 11. This is not the first time i have had problems with this bank, I have the proof that the money went off at pnp on my bank account.
