BAD SERVICE FROM TYMEBANK.

I did a card purchase using my Tymebank card and they told me the card is declining but the funds were deducted into my account. I log a case (CD 3804) with tymebank on 20 December 2019 and they sad they will provide me feedback within 5 working day which is their turnaround time but from that day no one has ever tried to call me to give me feedback.. Today is the 07/01/2020..Is that the bank that will survive in future... I am very disappointed with the service for tyme bank and i would strongly recomend from my family to stay away from tymebank.. My money was deducted into my account and there are no action taken..
