Bad service from tyme bank

Bad service in that my emails for assistance is purposely misunderstood. I'm still waiting for the right and proper assistance needed. But they just keep on saying or responding with standard reply, not bothering to check properly what the cause of my issue is. Nice start to customer service which they have not sorted out!!
