bad service for pick n pay
Good evening
Good service at pick n pay busy corner mall but all they effort just ruined by TymeBank bank, yesterday i deposited money into my TymeBank bank account unfortunately the cashier told me TymeBank bank is offline to my surprise she said i need to leave the money at pnp until Monday morning 27 February then they will call me if the money is not deposited in my account at the cash office. We were more than 3 customers who expirience this and it was so inconvenient to us as we needed to use the money but unfortunately we had to go home without money. Supervisor and cash office lady was called but they told me the decision is that i need to leave the money.
Pick n pay and TymeBank bank this is a very bad expirience to the customers as we dnt have a business with any of this stores or bank, please respect your customers and this thing of leaving our money at the shop it must come to an end. It is so embarrassing for a big store like pick n pay to be dragged in this mess because of TymeBank. Im sure is for the last time i leave my money at your stores.
The ladies who said i must leave the money is Ntokozo who works at the cash office and Sebongile is the supervisor at the tills, so what i need to know is why do i have to leave my mobey at pick n pay if TymeBank is offline and also who do i contact if the sane issue do happen again. Thanks
