Bad Service

My account was debited with amounts which I have made sure subscriptions was cancelled. I provided proof that all subscriptions has been terminated which reflects the date terminated as well as the amount and yet the consultants each and every time asks for the same thing that I have sent on more than one occasion. My money is being ****** from me and I have been made to feel like the *****. i will not query amounts if i know I have paid for goods or services rendered.
