Bad service

Tymebank got bad service so I told them that I was collecting usdt from online surveys and people who have usdt they sold it to me once I have a big amount of usdt I sell them via binance,I even sent them binance screenshot but they didn't accept it..They say I was trading I must provide status as a registered trader,FIC number and FCSA number,where will I get that because I was not trading and on binance everyone is welcome to sell usdt if you need cash...Tymebank it's 7 months with my account being on debit hold,can you open my account inorder for me to have access in my money..can you contact me via email
