Bad service / ****

Good day all, I made a fixed deposit with Tymebank in August for 3 months. On the 22nd of November I received an SMS confirming that within 3 days my fixed deposit will mature you can change your maturity on app.nothing else. The 25th day to pay instead it was redeposited, I called to find out I was 1st told by an agent of Tymebank that it was redeposited because I didn't wake up at 12 midnight to make a payment🤔 since when is not the 1st I made a fixed deposit I was never told that, but on the maturity date it was released. She told me yes this is a process if not done they believe I want to redeposit it and they do it.l I told them NO that is not true must I stay awake so I could pay it out? She escalate the matter and they came back with another story now that I did press redeposit but how if I did that it was because when they pay me out I took out little and I open another new fixed deposit, I might have press because there was no way that it go to the next question I assumed the asked because they just paid me out now. The lady came back with what suits them and I was charged an interest of almost R4000 and refuse to pay it back what I earned on 3 months was taken back because I redeposited.

It is very clear that the 1st lady was right I should have pay it out but I was not aware as it is not the 1st time fixing money with them. I logged another quiry demanding my money I was told the will come back on the 3rd of Dec. Till today they never and never refunded me.The bad thing about them they do not have institution where they receive the walking ins. They told me I should have call if I did not understand I asked her how much do I spend for only this call? Holding keep on holding I used airtime of R40.00

My wish is that the founder CEO of Tymebank get to the bottom of this Mr Patrice Motsepe please assist you didn't open this bank to make the Nation poor, but you thought of us. I am still interested to do fixed deposit but I am scared now.
