Bad service, bad experience

I am not sure if they really deserve the 1 star I have rated here. I have been trying to close off my TymeBank Credit card for almost a month now and they have ensured that they are sending me from pillar to post. The credit facility has an amount of R155 which is due to me, down from R200.
