Bad service

I have been trying to cantact them trying to get assistance fir the past hour or so but no avail.I sent money to someone via cash send an hour ago but they still haven’t received the voucher yet.Did all checks on my side and everything was correct,i tried calling and emailing but no response on any of these platforms.Tyme bank please respond
