Bad service at Tymebank

Very disappointed with this bank, they suddenly closed my personal account and business account without any valid reason, I called the bank, the consultant said they will get back to me with an answer in 7 days, 3 weeks gone without getting back to me. I called them again the consultant told me the same story that, they will get back to me, again no response. I phoned again, then they told me to go to police station, I don't mind doing that, the issue there's no communication as promised from this bank. I personally hate it, I need all my accounts with Tymebank to be closed.
