Bad service at tymebank

It's been 10 months now having my account on debit hold with tymebank and each and everytime I call everyone ask for different documents,last week I called them 5 days and on each call they ask for different things...why can't they ask for the same thing?while they are busy eating my money...hellopeter please help because tymebank is not helping and it's been 10 months and I need my money or can they open my account allow me to take my money and they can take their account...please I really need my money
