Bad service and *******

I bought ordered an Air fryer on the 20th Nov 2022 on online pick n pay, I never received my order because the funds are still on reserve at tyme bank, tyme bank debited my money it's even showing on the bank statement, I called since November until now with no luck, tyme bank is blaming pick n pay that they received money and pick n pay didn't receive anything, the consultants are not even friendly and now I'm still hanging my money is gone....
