Bad service
I logged at complaint with TymeBank on Friday the 16th May 2025 ,I’m unable to get my otp and I’m able to do any thing on the app and a case was open ,I was told that the reference will be sent via sms and they did not.Today I’m getting an sms saying that case is resolved and I’m still unable to get otp or do anything on this app.DCI-421842
